The dreaded and stressful lesson observation is finally over. I dunno what he has to say anyway about it. But I felt that it went ok. Thanks to my wonderful colleagues - the madams and the mrs of science dept , who threw in last minute ideas on how to carry out the lesson in a more interesting way .

Phew .. Now I need a massage. I got stiff neck to and shoulders to indicate my stressed out mode. I need a cheap but gerek plus relaxing massage ..

I'm gonna go back and get my most needed sleep before I try to cross my next hurdle - exam papers , markings ... etc.
