I was so scared to on my laptop yesterday ... One by one I saw my friends' laptop went through an automatic shutdown. However, when my HOD came to ask me to amend the cover sheet of my exam paper, I actually had no choice but to connect to the LAN because I needed the network printer.
After that, I quickly shut it down. Up till now, I still do not know whether my laptop is infected. Nevertheless, I sent it to my dearest TA to give it a preventive patch. Hopefully its ok ... Thank you Terrence ;)
