I asked myself whether I am gonna be teaching throughout my life till the day I retire at 60+. I love my students. I love being in class. However, its the things after that. Emails and phone calls scare me. Lots. I dont like to be treated 2nd class.. but in the environment that I am in, you either slog very very hard and sacrifice ur social life .. or u please the rite ppl .. to get in first class.

I can do neither. I cant help it. It is against my nature to work to please ppl. And it is really impossible for me to slog hard. Call me lazy .. but I work to my best limit. Some ppl's limit superceeds mine. I dont care. Everyone has their own threshold point. mine is just lower.
